2828 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

3030 That title 32 of the general statutes be amended to (1) remove the exemption from legislative approval for first five plus projects under section 32-4l of the general statutes, and (2) require approval by each chamber of the General Assembly to allow any tax credits exceeding twenty million dollars under the urban and industrial site reinvestment program, established pursuant to section 32-9t of the general statutes.
