AN ACT CONCERNING THE ELIMINATION OF CERTAIN REGULATIONS ON CONNECTICUT BUSINESSES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to eliminate certain regulations on businesses in the state.
Statement of Purpose:
To create a more business-friendly environment by easing regulatory burden on state employers.
