AN ACT PERMITTING HOME SCHOOLING PARENTS TO FURNISH CERTIFICATES OF AGE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 10-193 of the general statutes be amended to permit a parent or guardian who home schools a minor child to furnish a certificate of age.
Statement of Purpose:
To increase the ability of minors to work.
