AN ACT CONCERNING THE APPROVAL OF PUBLIC-PRIVATE PARTNERSHIPS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 4-256 of the general statutes be amended to extend the end date for approval of public-private partnerships by the Governor from January 1, 2016, to January 1, 2020.
Statement of Purpose:
To allow the state to enter into public-private partnerships to increase efficiencies and better provide public services and infrastructure.
