AN ACT EXPANDING ELIGIBILITY UNDER THE SET-ASIDE PROGRAM FOR SMALL CONTRACTORS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 4a-60g of the general statutes be amended to increase the maximum annual revenue to qualify as a small contractor from fifteen million dollars to twenty million dollars.
Statement of Purpose:
To expand eligibility under the set-aside program for small contractors.
