AN ACT CONCERNING THE NOTIFICATION OF CHILD CARE CENTERS REGARDING COMPLIANCE WITH REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require that in the event that a child care center is found in violation of relevant regulations, such child care center shall be informed of the steps it must take in order to come into compliance with said regulations.
Statement of Purpose:
To inform child care providers cited for regulatory violations of the steps that must be taken to come into compliance with said regulations.
