AN ACT CONCERNING THE SCALING OF PERMIT FEES FOR UTILITY COMPANIES IN CERTAIN CIRCUMSTANCES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to scale permit fees for utility companies cutting into existing roads and sidewalks for damages above administration costs.
