2626 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

2828 That the general statutes be amended to establish a tax break for a commercial property owner based on the vacancy of a commercial space belonging to such property owner, and that such tax break shall be granted to such property owner for a period of two years if such vacant commercial space is leased to a start-up corporation.
