AN ACT CONCERNING THE PROVISION OF OPEN SPACE IN SUBDIVISIONS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 8-25 of the general statutes be amended to require that regulations relating to the subdivision of land limit any requirement for the provision of open space to not more than twenty per cent of the total acreage of a subdivision.
Statement of Purpose:
To reduce mandates on real estate developers.
