3232 AN ACT CONCERNING THE EDUCATION COST-SHARING GRANT AMOUNTS OF EACH TOWN FOR FISCAL YEARS 2018 AND 2019.

3434 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

3636 That section 10-262h of the general statutes be amended to require that, for the fiscal years ending June 30, 2018, and June 30, 2019, no town shall receive an equalization aid grant amount that is less than seventy-five per cent or more than one hundred per cent of what a town would receive if the equalization aid grant is fully-funded.
