2626 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

2828 That title 10 of the general statutes be amended to permit a local or regional board of education that experiences a reduction in equalization aid grant funding from the prior fiscal year to waive any unfunded state education mandate relating to administrative programs or functions, except that a board may not waive any such mandate that impacts classroom-related services.
