AN ACT LIMITING THE STAFF QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENT FOR EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION PROGRAMS TO THOSE PROVIDERS RECEIVING STATE FUNDING.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 10-16p of the general statutes be amended to be applicable to only those early childhood education programs receiving state funding.
Statement of Purpose:
To ease the burden on private daycare facilities.
