2424 AN ACT CONCERNING THE CREATION OF AN INDIVIDUALIZED EDUCATION PROGRAM TEACHER.

2626 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

2828 That part V of chapter 164 of the general statutes be amended to require each school that has any students with individualized education programs enrolled at such school to assign one school employee to serve as the individualized education program teacher for such school, and such school employee shall have no classroom teaching assignment and be responsible for all administrative duties associated with the provision of special education and related services at such school.
