AN ACT CONCERNING THE PENALTIES FOR TRUANCY.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 10-198a of the general statutes be amended to enhance the penalties for truancy.
Statement of Purpose:
To reduce the rate of truancy in the state.
