AN ACT PROVIDING GREATER FLEXIBILITY AND AUTONOMY IN THE MONITORING, EVALUATION AND MANAGEMENT OF TEACHERS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 10-151b of the general statutes be amended to provide more autonomy and greater flexibility to school superintendents and principals to monitor, evaluate and manage teachers and classroom instruction.
Statement of Purpose:
To provide greater autonomy in the management of teachers.
