AN ACT REDUCING THE NUMBER OF UNFUNDED STATE EDUCATION MANDATES ON SCHOOL DISTRICTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 10 of the general statutes be amended to reduce the number of unfunded state education mandates on local and regional boards of education.
Statement of Purpose:
To reduce education costs for school districts by reducing the amount of unfunded state education mandates.
