2626 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

2828 That subsection (d) of section 10-233d of the general statutes be amended to eliminate the requirement that local and regional boards of education provide nine hundred hours of instructional time as part of the alternative educational opportunity for expelled students.
