AN ACT CONCERNING WORKERS' COMPENSATION.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to exclude weekends from the computation of workers' compensation benefits or from inclusion in any deadlines or calculations.
Statement of Purpose:
To reduce burden of workers' compensation on businesses.
