AN ACT CONCERNING CRIME VICTIM COMPENSATION FOR VICTIMS OF SEXUAL ASSAULT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 54-211 of the general statutes be amended to raise the crime victim compensation limit to twenty-five thousand dollars in the case of a victim of sexual assault.
Statement of Purpose:
To raise the crime victim compensation limit for victims of sexual assault.
