2626 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

2828 That title 32 of the general statutes be amended to establish a first five thousand program that would (1) purchase the portion of loans to businesses in the state that are guaranteed by the federal Small Business Association, and (2) provide low-interest, fixed-rate, long-term financing or subsidies to individuals paying real estate closing costs.
