AN ACT REDUCING THE AMBULATORY SURGICAL CENTER TAX.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 12-263i of the general statutes be amended to reduce the ambulatory surgical center tax to four per cent beginning July 1, 2018, and to two per cent beginning July 1, 2019.
Statement of Purpose:
To reduce the ambulatory surgical center tax over two years beginning July 1, 2018.
