| 16 | 28 | Section 1. Section 30-24b of the general statutes is repealed and the following is substituted in lieu thereof (Effective July 1, 2017): | |

| 18 | - | (a) Auxiliary members who are spouses of members or surviving spouses of former deceased members of any club [which] that holds a permit under the provisions of this chapter may be allowed to participate in all the privileges of such club [,] by vote of such club members and shall not be considered guests for purposes of the general statutes or regulations of the Department of Consumer Protection. | |
