28 | 28 | Section 1. (Effective from passage) The Department of Education shall conduct a study relating to education issues in the state. Not later than September 30, 2017, the department shall submit a report of the results of such study to the joint standing committee of the General Assembly having cognizance of matters relating to education, in accordance with the provisions of section 11-4a of the general statutes. | |
