AN ACT CONCERNING A STUDY OF THE TEACHER EVALUATION PROGRAM.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
Section 1. (Effective from passage) The Performance Evaluation Advisory Council, established pursuant to section 10-151d of the general statutes, shall conduct a study on issues relating to the guidelines for teacher evaluation and support programs. Not later than May 20, 2018, the council shall submit a report of the results of such study to the joint standing committee of the General Assembly having cognizance of matters relating to education, in accordance with the provisions of section 11-4a of the general statutes.
This act shall take effect as follows and shall amend the following sections:
