512 AN ACT CONCERNING MUNICIPAL FORECLOSURE ACTIONS ON TAX LIENS AND LIENS ON BLIGHTED REAL ESTATE.

714 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

9-Section 1. (NEW) (Effective January 1, 2018) An action to foreclose a tax lien pursuant to section 12-181 of the general statutes or a lien on blighted real estate imposed pursuant to section 7-148aa of the general statutes, commenced in the Superior Court by a municipality on or after the effective date of this section, shall be privileged with respect to assignment for trial.
