RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO THE STATE CONSTITUTION TO PROTECT REAL PROPERTY HELD OR CONTROLLED BY THE STATE.
Resolved by this Assembly:
That resolution act 16-1, approved by at least a majority, but by less than three-fourths, of the total membership of each house during the 2016 regular session, be approved.
Statement of Purpose:
To resubmit resolution act 16-1 concerning the protection of real property held or controlled by the state for approval by the General Assembly.
