RESOLUTION PROPOSING AN AMENDMENT TO THE STATE CONSTITUTION LIMITING THE USE OF MONEYS CONTAINED IN THE SPECIAL TRANSPORTATION FUND.
Resolved by this Assembly:
That article third of the amendments to the Constitution of the state be amended to add a provision prohibiting any moneys contained in the Special Transportation Fund from being used or transferred from said fund for any expenditure or purpose not related to transportation.
Statement of Purpose:
To propose a constitutional amendment to protect the Special Transportation Fund.
