RESOLUTION APPROVING THE SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT IN JUAN F., ET AL. V. DANNEL MALLOY, ET AL.
Resolved by the Senate:
That the provisions of the settlement agreement in the action Juan F., et al. v. Dannel Malloy, et al., United States District Court, District of Connecticut, Civil Action No. 2:89CV00859 (SRU), dated January 6, 2017, requiring expenditure from the General Fund budget in excess of two million five hundred thousand dollars and submitted by the Attorney General to this Assembly for approval in accordance with section 3-125a of the general statutes, are approved.
