(NEW) (Effective from passage) Notwithstanding any provision of the general statutes, in the case of a sworn member of a municipal police department who is a bona fide resident of the town served by such police department, the voter registration information of any elector who resides in the same dwelling unit and has the same last name as such sworn member shall not be disclosed. | |
