RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE NOMINATION OF THE HONORABLE KEVIN TIERNEY OF GREENWICH TO BE A STATE REFEREE.
Resolved by this Assembly:
That the nomination by His Excellency, the Governor, of the Honorable Kevin Tierney of Greenwich to be a State Referee, to serve for a term of eight years from March 30, 2018, is approved and confirmed, and he is appointed a State Referee for said term.
