RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE NOMINATION OF MAUREEN E. DRISCOLL OF FAIRFIELD TO BE A WORKERS' COMPENSATION COMMISSIONER.
Resolved by this Assembly:
That the nomination by His Excellency, the Governor, of Maureen E. Driscoll of Fairfield to be a Workers' Compensation Commissioner, to serve for a term of five years from the date of confirmation by both Houses, is approved and confirmed, and she is appointed a Workers' Compensation Commissioner for said term.
