AN ACT REPEALING THE HOSPITALS TAX.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 12 of the general statutes be amended to repeal the hospitals tax.
Statement of Purpose:
To repeal the hospitals tax.
