AN ACT CONCERNING FREE COMMUNITY COLLEGE.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That title 10a of the general statutes be amended to provide tuition-free community college for Connecticut residents through state funding and the creation of partnerships with businesses.

Statement of Purpose: 

To provide tuition-free community college for Connecticut residents.
