AN ACT ESTABLISHING A SMALL BUSINESS MANUFACTURING PIPELINE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to increase funding for and develop programming at public high schools, the Technical Education and Career System, community colleges and other workforce development programs for the purpose of assisting the growth of industries and the workforce needs of small businesses.
Statement of Purpose:
To provide funding to schools and programs that will assist with the growth of industries and the workforce needs of small businesses.
