AN ACT CONCERNING RETROACTIVE MEDICAID PAYMENTS FOR ELIGIBLE PARTICIPANTS OF THE CONNECTICUT HOME-CARE PROGRAM FOR THE ELDERLY.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 17b-342 of the general statutes be amended to provide retroactive Medicaid payments in accordance with federal law for eligible participants of the Connecticut home-care program for the elderly.
Statement of Purpose:
To provide retroactive Medicaid payments in accordance with federal law for eligible participants of the Connecticut home-care program for the elderly.
