AN ACT WAIVING CERTAIN FEES OR SURCHARGES FOR HONORABLY DISCHARGED VETERANS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to waive for any honorably discharged veteran any fee, surcharge or portion thereof collected and credited to the resources of the General Fund for the issuance of any marriage license, birth or death certificate, occupational license or permit, dog license or hunting, trapping or sport fishing license, permit or stamp.
Statement of Purpose:
To waive for honorably discharged veterans certain fees, surcharges or portions thereof for the issuance of certain licenses, permits, certificates or stamps.
