(Effective July 1, 2018) The Commissioner of Children and Families and the Commissioner of Public Health shall establish a program to evaluate the health of children throughout the state. The commissioners shall report, in accordance with the provisions of section 11-4a of the general statutes, the findings of such program to the joint standing committee of the General Assembly having cognizance of matters relating to children on or before February 1, 2019. | |
