| 20 | 32 | (2) "Public institution of higher education" means the constituent units of the state system of higher education identified in subdivisions (1) and (2) of section 10a-1 of the general statutes; and | |

Such records shall be subject to review or audit pursuant to subsection (g) of this section. | |
