RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE NOMINATION OF STEPHEN MORELLI OF BERLIN TO BE A WORKERS' COMPENSATION COMMISSIONER.
Resolved by this Assembly:
That the nomination by His Excellency, the Governor, of Stephen Morelli of Berlin to be a Workers' Compensation Commissioner, to serve for a term of five years from March 6, 2018, is approved and confirmed, and he is appointed a Workers' Compensation Commissioner for said term.
