AN ACT RESTRICTING THE USE OF EXOTIC AND WILD ANIMALS IN
CIRCUSES AND TRAVELING PERFORMANCES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That title 26 of the general statutes be amended to restrict the use of 1
exotic and wild animals in circuses and other traveling performances. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To protect animals and the public by restricting the use of exotic and
wild animals in circuses and other traveling performances.
