AN ACT CONCERNING THE PENSION INCOME EXEMPTION FROM
THE PERSONAL INCOME TAX.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 12-701 of the general statutes be amended to eliminate 1
the limits on taxpayers' federal adjusted gross income for pension 2
income to be exempted from the personal income tax. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To eliminate the limits on taxpayers' federal adjusted gross income for
pension income to be exempted from the personal income tax.
