AN ACT CONCERNING THE AUDITING OF CERTAIN MUNICIPAL
ENTITIES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require entities that are 1
comprised of two or more municipal members and whose funding is 2
derived in whole or in part from tax revenue to conduct independent 3
audits every two years. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To require certain municipal entities to conduct independent audits
every two years.
