AN ACT CONCERNING PERSONALLY IDENTIFYING INFORMATION
ON A NOTICE TO RENEW MOTOR VEHICLE OPERATOR'S LICENSE
AND MOTOR VEHICLE REGISTRATION.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That chapter 246 of the general statutes be amended to ensure that 1
certain personally identifying information is not included in a notice 2
issued by the Commissioner of Motor Vehicles to renew a motor 3
vehicle operator's license and motor vehicle registration. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To protect against identity theft.
