AN ACT EXEMPTING SENIOR CITIZENS FROM THE "PASSPORT TO
THE PARKS FEE" WHEN REGISTERING A MOTOR VEHICLE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That subsection (b) of section 14-49b of the general statutes be 1
amended to exempt a senior citizen from the "Passport to the Parks 2
Fee" when registering a motor vehicle. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To exempt a senior citizen from the "Passport to the Parks Fee" when
registering a motor vehicle.
