AN ACT ESTABLISHING A TASK FORCE TO STUDY UNFUNDED
MANDATES RELATING TO EDUCATION.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to establish a task force to 1
study all unfunded state mandates and to make recommendations as 2
to which mandates may be repealed or reduced. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To provide relief to school districts by eliminating unfunded
mandates.
