AN ACT CLASSIFYING SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS AS
MANAGEMENT EMPLOYEES FOR PURPOSES OF THE TEACHER
NEGOTIATION ACT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That part I of chapter 166 of the general statutes be amended to 1
delete all provisions related to administrators' unit, as defined in 2
section 10-153b of the general statutes. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To classify school administrators as management employees for
purposes of collective bargaining.
