AN ACT PHASING OUT THE HOSPITALS TAX.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That chapter 211c of the general statutes be amended to phase out 1
the hospitals tax over a five-year period, beginning July 1, 2019. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To phase out the hospitals tax over five years.
