AN ACT CONCERNING CHANGES TO PRIMARY AND ELECTION
BALLOTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That title 9 of the general statutes be amended to prohibit changes to 1
the candidates whose names are to appear on primary or election 2
ballots after the form of such ballots has been submitted for printing. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To prohibit changes in candidacies to primary or election ballots after
the form of such ballots has been submitted for printing.
