AN ACT CONCERNING MUNICIPAL SEPARATE STORM SEWER
SYSTEMS PERMITTING REQUIREMENTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require a study of statutes 1
and regulations governing water sampling requirements pursuant to 2
Municipal Separate Storm Sewer Systems permitting to determine 3
whether changes to such statutes and regulations are necessary to 4
reduce the burden on municipal permittees while maintaining 5
environmental safety. 6
Statement of Purpose:
To study statutes and regulations governing Municipal Separate Storm
Sewer Systems permitting.
