AN ACT CONCERNING THE ASSESSMENT OF REAL PROPERTY
USED FOR RENTAL INCOME.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 12-63c of the general statutes be amended to prohibit 1
assessors from requiring the disclosure of rental and rental-related 2
income and operating expenses applicable to real property used 3
primarily for purposes of producing rental income. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To eliminate the use of certain information in the assessment of real
property used for rental income.
